These five one-day modules (available together or stand-alone) begin with an Introduction to Appreciative Inquiry and then move on to each of the 4D’s – Discovery, Dream, Design and Destiny – in the Appreciative Inquiry methodology.

Appreciative Inquiry Summit
From the comfort of your own home or office, you’ll learn how to bring people together in an Appreciative Inquiry Summit for accelerated, whole system results. You, too, can convene 50 to 500 people to produce powerful and sustained results in just 2 to 5 days.

- Learn how and why to “flip” problems into possibilities, to amplify and imprint personal and organizational strengths and successes.
- Share, hear and learn from stories of resilience in the face of challenge and disruption.
- Identify the “root causes” of resilience: the inner and outer conditions that enable people to move from reactivity to resilience.
